Construction and demolition activities generate enormous quantities of solid waste. At BayState Disposal we are committed to the recycling of construction and demolition debris, thereby reducing the waste generated into landfill sites. This movement towards resource efficient practices within our industry has many benefits. One such benefit is becoming LEED accredited. We offer the services required to meet the specified credits for the LEED Recycling Program.
Our company is one of few in the industry with a consistent diversion rate of 75%. Materials diverted or recovered include: concrete (used for driveway or road building), steel (to local recyclers) and mulch (to local landscaping companies), as well as most other industrial waste and demolition materials.
